If you have reached your bodybuilding goals, how did it feel? Did you move the goalposts on to stay motivated or just become happy maintaining a level?
I have a picture in my minds eye of what I want to achieve with my physique and I know I am some way from getting it, but it is achievable. It just dawned on me that part of why I like bodybuilding is the fact that I am always working towards some goal, and maybe one day I will have nothing left to work towards.
