what are these guys doing to get in that crazy condition or for offseason what are they doin i kno this was a similar thread but i couldnt find it on here

Search for Buselmo's posts.
They don't care about coming in at a certain weight, so they diet more aggressively and take lots of fatburners.

i remember gh saying they take lots of anabolics like EQ tren, and not as much test as americanos. and like someone else said they diet without worrying about coming in at a certain weight. thats what i tell new guys competing for the first time..don;t worry about what you weigh. they always start by saying i want to weigh this because dennis wolf or branch warren (whoever) is about there height weighs that..lol
