No amount of reconstructive surgery and hormone therapy can change a person's true gender.

Hell, the brains of females and males have structural differences, even.

I would NOT feel comfortable being with an individual, sexually, who began life as a male, no matter how good a job was done and how long they'd been "changed".

This person will never be a real female.

However, this is not to suggest I think some shouldn't do what is available, so they can live their lives as close to being the other sex as is possible. While I don't get it, such non-understanding is to be expected: I wasn't born feeling as if I was given the wrong body.
