Okay, Need an FBI codebreaker to decypher this...

First, Ron is in the industry and does not use performance enhancers.  What would be the use of asking someone who's on steroids which supplements work...stupid question...

Ron, is around all these supplement companies and IF he can answer honestly I believe him and what he says.  Of course, not all supplements work for everyone but I would like to know what he believes to be good, honest and worthy to purchase...

When the pro shows used to roll in, I'd have two very well known bodybuilders stay at the house (no homo)  They didn't take anything except a multi vit.  They said everything is worthless!  Now, times have changed and I really don't believe everything is worthless but I would like to know what companies I should be buying from...
