Derek passed on so soon without any just cause.
He lived a good clean life full of synthol.
He voted Republican, yet knew little of the GOP.
He often forced his way back into GB, insisting no one tells when it's past his prime.
He was always crafty with his words, now called over the hill so soon after 14 years of drug abuse.

He doesn't have a transplant.

Would me much too soon for that.

They will have to find a donor first (hopefully one of his relatives) if he is waiting for a cadaveric, he will probably die on dialysis (avg. life expectancy is 6-8 yrs) and the wait list is HUGE! Not trying to be negative just realistic.

He is probably trying to recruit one of his relatives at this point. I hope he finds ones because life on dialysis SUCKS big time, and every day you spend on it longer before your transplant decreases your life expectancy.

Either way...

Guy is a complete idiot and an example how reckless use of drugs (AAS, Narcotics, Stimulants, Sedatives, Analgesics) can ruin your health.

Hypertension was probably contributory (mostly drug induced) but no way someone in their thirties has renal failure purely from essential htn.

Also, he probably does have AIDS.
