Phil Heath has NEVER used insulin

I spoke with a store owner recently who had Phil visit his shop. Had some in-depth conversations with Phil and supposedly he denied strongly ever using insulin but admitted to using vast amounts of hGH. I told the guy I didn't believe it for a second and that Phil definitely used slin. He said he was only eating protein when he visited whereas Victor Martinez was carbing up all the day and using lots of slin. Pas possible?
