why take a full day off and do nothing

if you dont have purpose for that day and are merely "resting" then why should the program that is YOU not be deleted?

The earth is a breeding ground for potential good progams, taking a "rest" day makes you look like a "virus" thus you might be subjected to deletion



as ive been getting stronger ive been slacking on my pullups and one arm pushups

but thats fine because i havent taken any days off, im now doing lunges with 98 pound dumbells in sets of 2 and 4. Im probably getting stronger for 3 reasons

1 learning better technique , muscles firing off faster

2 paying my dues by never taking a rest day forcing the body to adapt more rapidly

3 slacking on other exercises gives more power and psuedo rest for your and my favorite exercise (lunges)

but the 3rd reason isnt really a positive it more or less cancels each other out, if you DONT do an exercise to GET BETTER at another exercise then your simply just trading one for the other

or maybe you follow the barbarian brothers old motto of "there's no such thing as over-training, only under-eating"?

If you are natty or dosing too low (w/ hgh) then yes, there is such a thing called overtraining.

i am also much taller thus i have much farther range of motion thus im moving 325 further than Jay's 310 bodybuilb

i am certain i can do more reps and more range of motion that Jay

ill even step on a scale to show my weight

the winner gets a nice programable keyboard to make music and 1000 dollars to spend on hoes

you might have to lift him up to where he can reach the bar, I think jay might hurt his bicep though?

Jay wouldn't take up this challenge.  He wouldn't have the stamina needed in order to do 20-30 pullups in strict, proper form, while moving 275-300 pounds.

what kinds of repercussions would happen if Jay loses to a fat outof shape falcon natural doing pullups is because fat failcan has redneck truck strenth while jay wil have to return some fake supplements to some fans

I don't think he would take the challenge. Man has t-shirts, videos, and thongs to sell no way he'll put that at risk. 

Jay wouldn't put him self at risk of looking bad compared to you or a Georgia boy like this.
