he was shredded there but way down ,,overdieted ,came back 260 wbf days,should have stayed ifbb was winning shows ,placing 89/90.great build .

great build 25 yrs plus,,yeah been using long ,long time but goes with the territory.wbf days looked 260 full,what do u think he weighs now?even 220/230 lean with his shape and age would suffice.

Gary looked like a twig there, at least compared to his early 90s look.

THIS is Gary, winning the WBF Championship, in 1991.

Gary is easily 275lbs @ 5-6 percent bodyfat.......He is 54 years old and could pass for 45 years old.

He was one of the best. A big guy that was ripped. Since he competed for the most part outside of the IFBB it hurt his legacy.  His physique would look amazing next to the bloated water retained champs of today.
