Fucker should take this as a blessing and leave the industry once and for all and lead a normal life.
I agree with you...
Victor has a criminal record, which consists of a couple of felonies. Due to this minor detail, he will never be able to become a US citizen and he will never be able to attain a career in one of the more sought after disciplines of the workforce (Doctors, Engineers, business, Lawyer, law enforcement, federal jobs etc.), because most if not all of these fields require a background check.
Sadly, he has dug out his own grave and now has to do the one thing he knows how to do in order to make a living, which is to either continue to be involved with professional bodybuilding through one way or another, or go back to selling drugs.
It's terrible to look at it this way, but this is what it has boiled down to.
Truthfully, he should distance himself from professional bodybuilding, since being around the industry will undoubtedly tempt him to try to make a few extra bucks by either selling steroids, narcotics or street drugs (ecstasy, LSD, cocaine).
If I were to offer him any advice, it would be to continue working on his restaurant endeavours, maybe pick up training for upcoming pros on the side (The likes of Palumbo) and forget about competing all together.
I know some might disagree, but Victor has 4 children and needs to decide what's most important in life: A few measly checks for 100K that after taxes becomes 66K at the potential cost of breaking some laws along the way that will have you deported
OR looking out for your children and going on the straight and narrow.
