He's going on the radio tonight to detail his plans... either competing in, or skipping the O.  Maybe coming back at the 2013 Arnold.  Maybe a smaller show.  Maybe never compete again.  We'll find out.

I'm sure anything he needs would be legit too... the company could/should get him to a doc... surely low T after all that jail time.

he should try to come back at a reasonable weight without the gut.  Instead he will come back playing the size game except in worse form than previous years because he is older and his placings will suffer due to his worse form and because the industry has moved on.

Note that I didn't even consider the possibility that he will not juice up again because he will, it's all he knows.
