I still hit the gym. I just remember to control myself and not train as hard.

I still train when off.
Other than in the actual gym, I feel better mentally and physically when off cycle.
Training isn't as fun with less pump and less strength, but it is to be expected.
Things like IGF1 help make it more enjoyable for me, at least bringing a little pump back to it.

i have bit different routines when off/on.

when im on, i go 6 times weekly, as intense as possible.

when im off, i go 3 times and do more cardio instead.

i eat less clean when off, because if i do that while on, my cholesterol stuff goes through the roof :(
Cholesterol is easily controlled. You puts drugs into your body yet you are uninformed about countering the sides. You have a lot to learn. Probably should stay away from gear until you know what you are doing, seriously.

Can you tell us how this is done?
I have been using AAS for ten years and have lipid issues when on cycle.
Yes, I use flush niacin and all the other OTC commonly known supps for cholesterol. What am I missing?

could it be possible that some people just have shit cholesterol?

you should stay away from giving advice to people period, you ox ::)

so, youre claiming people can do steroids, follow a shit diet and their bloodwork will be fine, as long they use your -as of now unnamed- recipe? ::)

are you saying youve got the recipe "one size fits all" solution? ::)

perhaps you shouldve warned all the pros who had massive sideeffects.

why dont you go and choke on some semen. ::)

where is the 1 million rolleyes smilie when you need it
Truth hurts. Live and learn, I don't have time for newbees.

only something like 5-10% of the population is affected by dietary cholesterol IIRC, something the drug companies put in the tiniest of tiny writing on their shitty cholesterol meds... but if you're one of those unlucky ones then you can't eat endless meat and raw eggs unless you want to take meds :(

Only started using gear since late 2010. On 2nd cycle now. I always train 3-4 time a week, 2 body parts per workout. Only thing that changes when off is a little less volume. Plus, i gradually reduce the food intake during that time, and get multiple checkups.

everyone will come off one day.
ive had my times where i wouldnt come off for 2 years and always be on 1gramm no matter what.
but guess what will happen one day?
the gains will stagnate, or youll start to look worse and no dosage nor stack will help anymore.
the only thing that will increase at that point is the sideeffects.
the only bodypart which will make gains will be the gut.

young grasshopper, you will eventualy find out for yourself one day and then look back and think"man, galeniko was right back then"

 :D

i know, saying "just never come off" makes you feel tough guy and all, but give it some time.

hi njflex, thanks.and, likewise 8)

Mix it up with compounds up the doses down the doses but dont come off. Ill come off the day I die cos Im one TOUGH guy.  ;D S

Seriously when I do come off I taper it down to avoid a crash, not such a fan of PCTs might give a PCT another go next time. I try and train through but its obviously never as good which you have to be prepared for. One guy I know  went cold turky after being on a couple of grams within a couple of weeks he was crying and depressed.  :'(

well, i do, because its the most demanding part.

test levels of an eunuch, shrinking daily, being weaker every onsecutive workout, pump is pathetic, the list could go on forever.

i used to never even go near a gym when i came off the juice, all the way until i started gear again, thinking all gains would go the hell anway.

but this was a huge mistake and frankly, its the mentality of a pussy.

if you dont go to the gym while being off, then you are plainly a drug addict and havent got the spirit of a bbuilder.

opinions?

ps: this doesnt mean i admire natties, lol.they have no say in this, they dont know how shit it is to come off.

if someone doesnt train when he's off, that means he truly isnt a bodybuilder..
to be a bodybuilder, you need to love the sport ( or whatever you wanna call it), whether its cold, hot, snowing, you gotta love going to the gym, you gotta love lifting weights... being on gear is just an added bonus

It's hard as hell! I feel very lethargic but it is a must. usually I am so burnt out because of the training on gear is way more intense. off gear I find myself at the gym taking more time between sets yawning. I know everybody thinks OTC supps are crap but I usually run my DHEA and trib and load some vitargo and that gives me some energy.
I swear vitargo(waxy starch maize) plus a good creatine works for me! I can feel the strength. my gains dont go to total shit if I use DHEA,Trib and load some vitargo or EAS phosphagen.

I usually start a powerlifting type routine when I come off just to try to maintain strength. I've noticed its impossible to keep the size and fullness but if you train for it you can actually gain or maintain some strength at least until the next cycle. I only try to build actual muscle while on though

hm, whitewiddow, the lethergy thing, for me, when im on steroids, i feel lethargig and lazy and tired, but thats often misleading.
often when i go to the gym feeling like that, id break all previous records in lifts, pump intensity etc.
what im saying is i feel lethargic on steroids often, but once im in the gym and warmed up, it suddenly changes.

haha, but when off, its the opposite.
i feel like full of energy and all, then i go to the gym and hardly an pump happens and the lifts are pathetic ;D

I agree, i always felt better off, looked better overall too. Came off for good and it was hard for a few months but once i was normal i couldn't go back.

You are putting more pressure on your body, not to mention extra stress from lifting heavier, it adds up and makes you feel tired.

Three days per week with 45 minutes of cardio added. Im just trying to maintain some strength and a little bit of size. And the week before I go back on I take that entire week off

I personally know a few fellas who basically haven't been "off" for like 20-25years str8. All good and dandy, jacked and healthy.
Not to say everyone should repeat this, but - it's far from obsolete..
