BEEF ..... I woudn't do it myself but ny brother in law is considering the possibility because is likes to do death defying things.
I think that those Wing-suits cost around $700+++ and the originators were Europeans who flew (and often crashed) in the Alps.
Some of those originators died while testing their early day, home made suits.
This 'sport' goes back a while but has only become popular recently. I think GO PRO played a major role in bringing it to the public's attention
This is a big subject talked about during family get-togethers and some contact has been made with FLY LIKE A BRICK (GREAT name) regarding classes and suit rentals, etc.
The only 'investment' so far has been the purchase of a GO PRO HERO to record the eventual flight. (A GREAT video camera - GOOGLE it.)
Anyone planning to do this?
If I partake in this venture, it will only be while recording it from Terra Firma, but I will pass that grounded experience to ya;ll if we follow through.
A few scripts are currently being drafted about this amazing 'hobby'.
I bet the next 007 will do it and add something unique to that scene
