I would like to make a money challenge on one forum

How should I go with this? I'm the only one putting the money on the line. I don't want my money to disappear, but I would like to show to the others that I'm willing to pay the money if I lose. Are there any sites for something like this? I have no international credit cards, would it be necessary to get one?
