Floyd Mayweather Jr. will get a record of $32 million as a guaranteed fee for Saturday’s fight against Miguel Cotto.
The cut of the revenues is the largest since Mike Tyson was guaranteed $30 million in the notorious 1997 heavyweight championship bout, in which he bit Evander Holyfield’s ear, Executive Director Keith Kizer told ESPN.

man, what are you crying about?  it's the best money fight for both of them.  now, there is no excuse for fmw about fighting at 154 of martinez's name pops up.  but sergio needs to get off his lazy ass and learn english instead of hanging with those b e a n e r s in Oxnard.

Mayweather is just to fast for these slow moving guys. His defense is fantastic and his speed is above everyone in the class by a lot.

Nice old school stare down. I'm interested to see Cotto formula of attack. He better have a damn good one b/c I see him getting shredded to pieces the longer this fight goes on.

A lot of people are taking cotto lightly... I think he will surprise a lot Of people tonight.  This isn't gonna be an easy fight for him as a lot of people think

It's all on Cotto (strategy). We already know what to expect from floyd. If Cotto falls into the trap like many have (out there just winging it with their same style thinking it will work rd after rd), he'll end up on the receiving end of a 45-50% connect ratio very easily.

The undercard will be another MAULING imo. Mosley might die tonight yall. LOL.

Looking forward to this. I love Cotto, I'm a big fan, but this is just another day at the office for Mayweather - Cotto will have (minor) successful moments, but I think it will be a straight forward win for Mayweather.

LOL I hear you but, you don't just "pull off a hopkins" ...Bernard is a master boxer (crafty, dirty..entire deal)....shane is not a master boxer..never has been.

Have you seen this young man fight? Obviously not by the boxrec comment. lol He's a mauler type, very heavy handed, iron chin with stamina. Very bad recipe vs a 40 year old.

Mosley knows one way (especially in his current state)...try to land the right hand and get the KO. In order to do that he has to walk into the jaws of this young lion. This fight could get ugly...I hope shane cardio is on the up and up for his sake.

Cotto is a solid  proven fighter  ,if Cotto can stay in that zone and he can stay focused  for 12 rds (without gassing ) it will be a very  close fight.

Cotto is a mile wide and a mile deep.  He has technical boxing and the ability to brawl.

His problems are:

a) He usually abandons his technical boxing and resorts to brawling after the first few rounds.

b) He noticeably loses a lot of steam after the 6th round because he decides to blow his wad and brawl with opponents.

c) He noticeably lost some speed possibly because of the move in weight or age.  This was evident in the Margarito rematch where he didn't appear as sharp despite winning IMO.

Cotto Vs. Judah

IS GOING TO BE 2 BORING 12 ROUNDS UNANIMOUS DECISION VICTORY FOR FLOYD AND CANELO!
MOSLEY IS GOING TO RUN AWAY FROM CANELO AND FIGHT DEFENSIVE JUST LIKE HE DID AGAINST PACQUIAO, AND CANELO WILL NOT TRY TO KO HIM BUT INSTEAD LET HIM SURVIVE!
FLOYD WILL WIN IN A REALLY BORING "SPARRING SESSION" WERE HE WILL OUTBOX COTTO AND MIGUEL WILL NOT EVEN TRY TO WIN THE FIGHT!
BOTH FIGHTS ARE "FIXED" !!! ;)
