So with summer time here and the tempratures here in Texas well exceeding 100 degrees at times, I have the same problem every year and thats being able to stay not just hydrated enough but also keeping enough electrolites to still get good workouts. Any advise.
Speaking of heat, does anyone here get the occasional heat rash on their thighs and chest? I get a lot of it especially on my thighs and it's kind of annoying. The only way to prevent/avoid it is to wear super-breezy shorts and shower a lot but that's not always possible. Apparently heat rash is common among children(undeveloped skin?) and athletes(due to their higher % of lean muscle mass I would presume). Given that there are some beefy dudes posting here I'd be shocked if no one else suffers from it. I remember seeing a picture some time ago of this no-name 250lbs bodybuilder who had it aaaall over his legs.
