Mailing gear home/ bringing back from overseas

I've been told how to package it by an ex- world strongman competitor, but I dunno if I wanna say in here.

I've also read what to do if I mail it to an address, but dunno if it will work.

but as long as u don't post something that could get u introuble, ur all right. we, the people, do have a right to post and be on forums like this. we can discuss cycles, doses, pct, etc... without really breaking the law. but once u get into selling/distribution part of it, thats when all hell can break lose, just be careful about what u talk about with each other, even through pms, those can be watched if they suspect anything from anyone of us.

Hmmm. I'm not AT ALL interested in selling or distributing. I am talking about personal use. Is it a bad idea to give my email address to someone pmsing me? How do I know who I can trust?
