solid arms, shoulders man. I know your chest is very good but its always less impressive in the offseason (in general). Lose the towel some of the blubber and you would be atleast tier 3 look fantastic!

I fucking hate dieting... and I will eventually compete again (Probably after the PhD), so I'll diet whenever that is... But the main reason I HATE dieting in the off-season, is I hate feeling like I'm not progressing in the gym (or at least not progressing as fast), so as a result I stay with this blubber!
Right now I weigh about 230-235 and eating almost 4000 calories, 340 g protein, 465 g carbs, 85 g fat
