They had Steve Weinberger on PBW last night and he said Victor has been back in the gym training at Powerhouse and already gained back 35 lbs. Insane how easily some people grow!!!

Easy to put on that kind of weight when his body is has been there before. I have put on 35 pounds in 6 days before

You were prob rebounding from a diet right? Victor prob jumped on 30ius of growth the min he got out of jail, ya he could put on 35lbs

I was severely dehydrated after my first show almost to the point of hospital, took some lasix and dropped 10lb within 24 hours of the show, ended up at 184, once the show was done I was over 200 in the first 24 hours, but to gain 35 pounds the way Victor did is crazy responds to hormone regardless how much he takes

Very few is actual new Muscle tissue..Most is just Glycogen super compensation, AKA muscle memory
