M1T and PCT, please help

I recently purchased abottle of M1t. IT containts 15mg per capsule. I have previsouly taken this product without pct, but i know its a must. I weight 175lbs. I was thinkn of taking one capsule a day. But i'm not sure how much pct to take. I'm either getting 60X0 or Nolvadex. Please help. Thank-you for any replies.

a friend of mine just started superdrol and hes using milkthistle, saw palmeto through the whole cycle and rebound xt after.

Skip the Eform.

Stick with Rebound XT or the Gaspari Novadex. Rebound will be superior to Eform even if you need help with on-cycle estrogen control. make sure you have your milk thistle, NAC, and R-ALA as well. Taper down the Rebound from 3-4 caps a day to 1 during your PCT
