Ever since I've stopped eating bland, healthy foods and ate what I want in MODERATION, I swear I'm fuller, harder and bigger.
A few weeks ago I had a chest infection and didn't train for 3 weeks. I still kept up the moderation but ate a bit less since I wasn't ever hungry. I went from around 235 to 206 in almost zero time. While I lost size all over but my arms, quads and calves still measured the same size. Only different is that I went from a 36 to a 34, maybe 32 waist.
Also, since I don't starve and bore myself with little bland foods 6 times a day, I'm enjoying training the way I haven't done in years.
