Taking T3 Sublingually
« on: May 19, 2012, 05:17:37 AM »
I just found out that it's pretty common to take the T3 meds by sublingual and it's actually better than just swallowing it.

But can i do it with any brand of T3?

are you talking about capsules? or tabs?

capsules are hard to have sublingually, but as far as tabs, just keep it sublinguallly until it disolves in your saliva
