NYPD Cop Caught on Video Threatening to Ram Penis in Suspect's Mouth

New York City Police Sgt. Lesly Charles may have a long penis but he’s short on brains, never realizing a suspect was video recording as he threatened to ram his lengthy penis in the suspect’s mouth.

Charles also threatened to ram his pistol inside the man’s anus before telling him he had a pretty face.

Charles also told the man, who was getting harassed for parking illegally, that he didn’t mind the “hustling” as long as he paid him respect.

After the target of his tirade insisted, “I didn’t do anything,” Charles retorted, “Listen to me. When you see me, you look the other way. Tell your boys, I don’t f--k around. All right?”

“I’ll take my gun and put it up your a-- and then I’ll call your mother afterwards. You understand that?”

For good measure, the sergeant added: “And I’ll put your s--t in your own mouth.”

Honestly, I think a lot of people here would be surprised by how many NYPD officers will talk to you like this. I myself have experienced it and know many others too. I am a suit and tie white guy also. It could be for something as trivial as crossing the street in the middle of the block. I mainly just thought it was funny though. The shit he says to this guy is honestly hilarious. It's what you get when you hire thugs and give them some power.

actually, the video doesnt look any bad at all... i was reading the text of the story and i was ready to type a reply saying the cop is a jerk, but after watching teh video, i have mucho respecto forr the cop...

you cant arrest people for illegally parking ( yeah u can but not worth it), and the camera guy seemed like a fag, thinking he probably owns the street and can park wherever, and it wasnt his first run in with this cop, so i can understand the cop trying to use some scare tactics etc...

yeah it wasnt th epolitically right thing to do, but im all ok with it

Yea, he used some harsh languange but it appears that he was talking about him and all of his friends and had done whatever he did before numerous times. He didn't arrest him or anything and it appears that the video was edited prior to what occurred.

He'll get a reprimand and maybe suspended for a few days but he won't be fired
