Power went out in hawaii hospital when he was visitng, the same time hilary was visiting kenya (right after he won the election).

Why would the State of Hawaii not challenge the birth certificate he produced if it were a fake, or a tampered original?
Why would libraries have microfiche records of birth announcements from local Hawaii newspapers from 1961, listing Obama's birth?
