every president in history has used tax dollars for their housing, food, security and yes, vacations.

But this is dangerous precedent.  Do you want every cop in the country having the ability to use taxpayer dollars to investigate President Romney's habits in a year?   Suppose Police Chief John Smith of Podunk, Missoura decides to waste his local city budget investigating Romney's Bain years or something silly like that.

Once you allow public officials to use tax dollars for their own political agenda, it never stops.

For future reference, if you make claims like this, it's a good idea to include a link to the source.
