I use to do 45 minutes morning cardio 4 times a week.
What is the proper way to combine Erase Pro and my morning cardio session?! Erase Pro instructions says that you have to take one capsule first thing in the morning with a meal.
What do you thing: Is it better to take a capsule with my brakfast after my cardio, or a capsule before my cardio, and then after the 45 minutes to eat my breakfast?!
I am 5,87 ft tall and 170 lbs. My ultimate goal is to be a shred as possible (yes i know i' m gonna be to small, but i care about my conditioning) with a hard and solid look. That's why i take the Erase Pro. My favorite supplement on this categorie was Gaspari Novedex XT, but is no longer avaiable.

Do your cardio session, then eat breakfast and take Erase Pro.
Was meant to be taken with a meal.

For what reason(s) did you take Novedex XT? What type of training did you engage in while using it?

Wooo i am already follow a strict diet plan. Chicken, egg whites, rice, potatoes, some olive oil and broccoli.
Montague for the same reason that i would like to take Erase Pro. I wanted a hard look, a solid and shredded physique. Novedex XT, strict dieting, 40 minutes of morning cardio 3 times a week, gave me what i wanted last year.
I did the Dorian Yates Heavy Duty program.

dude
i've bolded the key words in the ingredient list
the translation is snake oil
Proprietary Blend 60mg [6, 17-keto-etiocholeve-3-ol tetrahydropyranol], [3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene], [3%rsquo,5,7-trihydroxy-4%rsquo-methoxyflavone].
proprietary blend means they can put 0.00001% active ingredient and then rice flour for the rest

Okay. For what it's worth, I tried the Gaspari product a couple of years ago. Given my knowledge of the endocrine system and negative feedback, etc., the science behind it sounded solid. In theory, suppressing the aromatase process should yield more testosterone production. That's the theory. Practical application, however, was quite disappointing. I added the Novedex XT without changing anything else in my routine. I used it as directed, taking the higher of the suggested doses. I saw NOTHING. I've honestly gotten better results by simply making minor adjustments to my diet. And, that's my point: Given your routine of "strict dieting, 40 minutes of morning cardio 3 times a week," I suspect you could reach your goals without using a product like the NXT. Of course, the choice is yours. I just don't want to see you waste your money on an ineffective product, or worse, unneccessarily put into your body compounds that your don't want or shouldn't.

Guys thanks a lot for your time.
The truth is that if we had this conversation before my order, i wouldn't spend my money on that.
But i am already waiting for one bottle of ErasePro to be here in Greece in some days. I will take also Animal Cuts one pack before my training, and i will write again about my results.

Have you considered trapping your own snakes in the greek forests, and squeezing oil from them? It might work out cheaper in the long run

Most of us here have invested time & money on supplements that are of little or no use. It's nothing to feel bad about. Usually, experience, learning more, and applied thinking will help steer you in a better direction when it comes to determining what's worth using and what isn't.

Sad and true. My buddy & I stopped in one the other night; he wanted to grab an RTD for the ride home. It had been a while sine I've been to one, and I was astonished at the shit they had for sale. I guesstimate that maybe about 4-8% of the total stock is worth anything, and that's being generous.

i'm disgusted with the supplement industry... they've effectively brainwashed a whole generation
healthy homemade food is what we need... a few worthy supplements are out there (basic vitamins, whey and the like)... creatine, ephedrine and aminos have minor value... but everything else
everything else
is just a hustle

And, hustle they do. The little sales guy there pushed their GNC brand Lean Shakes on us THREE times in the 17 minutes we were there. My buddy told me the next day that someone at his gym ironically mentioned the same thing happening to him.
