What were the exercises that caused all this? Also, were you juicing at the time?

My Shoulder TORE during Military Presses and the neck I woke up this way....I had 4 discs that were herniated and I am guessing I just moved the wrong way in my sleep and they landed right on top of the spinal cord

Very true...I am back in the gym duing very light excercises and off all meds besides HRT prescribed by my dr.

To be honest Ray I was in so much pain that nothing helped....I wasn't able to sleep for more than 1 hour at a time even when I was taking a soma and narco and hour I was wide awake.......People talk about getting very little sleep well when I tell you that I LOVE SLEEP NOW after going months with ZERO!!! When I came out of surgery I put a not on the door in my room at the hospital that said LEAVE ME ALONE I AM FINE NOW I WANNA SLEEP!!!!

Shit...I packed a distal bicep tendon reattcahment, thyroidectomy and surgical repair of a snapped humerus (plate and screws) into a 14 month period...even I feel sorry for you... :)

I was in ICU last year from a rare kidney disorder and it sucks coming back from something like this. Spine injuries are no joke, i have a bunch of herniated disks and i know one day i'll be paying for it.

Sorry to hear....Trust me I don't wish this shit on anyone....not even the douchebags I used to hang with in this industry.....I wish I could have avoided the surgery but I had only 1 option surgery.....my spinal cord was a "C" shape from the discs leaning on it

LOL yes you are correct...my natural test levels crashed down to 83 and I had to go on testim to bring my levels up again along with my libido and stamina
