Fun day at the beach

Good day at the beach  ;D

My buddies are all shredded. Guys barely lift any weights. I outweigh them both by a good amount but the muscle shape some black dudes have is insane.

It's easy to be shredded in your early 20s without much training.  Play a little ball, eat modeately, and stay active.

When these friends are 35 and 37, they won't be diced without serious work then.

It's like bragging about a 6-pack at age 14 when all the scrwany people have them.  See who has them in 20 years.
