If you carry decent size you don't need a tight shirt.
Just a nicely fitting, smart/casual shirt, some smart jeans and nicely polished shoes will suffice. None of that show-off "look at me" clothing that only douchebags think looks cool.

Uhm, I'm not actually going on a date, I'm asking in general if it's a good idea to wear a tight shirt on a first date. I personally wear a smart shirt with jeans and shoes. I'd never wear tightness on a first date, I let her discover the (perma bulk on Getbig) the goods in her own time. She's more surprised that way.
Before I got married I used to wear the most outrageous shirts ever, spandex, see through, ultra tight, sheer, mesh, you name it, I had it... then when I got married my wife straightened me out and said none of that lol! Thank god for her!

One of the reasons I train rear delts so much, when your leaning forward at a bar or table this is what creates the illusion of width. And dont forget those shrugs lol. It really is amazing how much a difference dressing up can make a difference with women. I guess I'm just blessed in that regard I clean up so nicely- i find it funny how women spend hours getting ready for the club and these same women half the time look like shit and look BETTER in pajamas and fli flops picking up their icecream from the supermarket on a friday night. Men in general clean up alot better than women IMO..honestly I find it a turn off when a woman is all done up they look like shit half the time
