I thought that the efficacy of the taser was that it elicited an involuntary muscle spasm regardless of the subject's physical, mental, or, in this case, drug-induced condition? This supposedly instantly incapacitates even the most pain resistant and psyched individual.   Then again, it might have made him start speed eating and turbo munching.

I agree , he's no great loss but -- and I'm not being mean here -- he was only chewing on another homeless, Popeye-looking  junkie that also saw fit to be running around high and naked in a city full of normal people. My post was referring to him being half of a person, what makes you a full person, contribution to society?,....So the ones that do twice as much as you should count as 2 people.  I do look down on these fucking losers, yes. These guys that opt out and live off other people, fight and argue in the street, piss and shit everywhere, commit multiple petty and serious crimes, ruin neighbourhoods, reject and abuse offers of help, and end up running around naked and eating faces in front of normal people and kids.... these people are an utter fucking waste of oxygen.

drugs are not the blame imo, i partied real hard 25 years ago and never attempted to chew someones face off, i just think some people are fucked up from birth brain wise and then when things get really bad in life they out in sick ways
