Which system ultimately brought you the most joy? Personally I was a bit too young when the NES was hot and thus passed it up; going back and playing those games now isn't fun either. On the other hand, I played endless hours on Pokemon Blue & Red, catching all 151 original pokemon and building the ultimate team. What say you getbig?

Epic. I just finished Castlevania symphony of the night a couple of days ago. Those games are all time classics.

NES easy.

Had a few games nights recently, where I hooked up my old NES to a projector lol - EPIC 6x6ft mario and mortal kombat

I think I was about 6 when NES came out, I loved it.

my then best mate, a fellow eleven-year-old NES-head was into Legend of Zelda. I remember trading him my Ninja Gaiden II cartridge for Battletoads and Operation Wolf.

I always preferred the Sega MasterSystem over the NES. Wasn't fussed with the Gameboy.

Although when the SNES came out that topped the lot.

NES no question. How old are you? I'm 23, and we played the hell out of NES.

Gameboy was okay, I remember playing the Pokemon game for a couple months on it.

Id say SNES - most of the great NES games were redone for SNES.

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Super NES? NES heyday was like 1985-1990, by the time you were five or six nobody was making very many games for it anymore. It was discontinued in America in like 1995 I think.
