However if you want a serious answer..then YES..blacks have always been made the scapegoat....whites have always found it convenient to use blacks for political purposes and in order to point out things that whites DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THEMSELVES.....for instance...the war on drugs?...blame all these black guys for using and selling drugs on the corner...they cause crime, murders, etc, right?...use this analogy to enact legislation to get tougher on drug users and dealers so that they can be imprisoned longer....lock up a lot of blacks  and hispanics due to said war, however, conveniently overlook the fact that by far THE VAST MAJORITY OF DRUG USERS, PUSHERS, POSSESSORS, AND ABUSERS IN THE U.S. ARE WHITE OR AT THE VERY LEAST, NOT BLACK (mexican, chinese,italians, etc) ....the drug trade is mostly fueled by white people...who runs all of the meth labs???...who runs all of the smuggling operations to get drugs into the country? Not blacks...who actually grows all the drugs?..not blacks...

if whites stopped using drugs tomorrow, THE ENTIRE DRUG TRADE WOULD COLLAPSE BECAUSE THERE WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH PROFIT IN IT...however, this can't be pointed out because it would alienate whites from voting for whomever says this and because whites are not going to enact legislation that is mostly aimed at them!!,,,so better to think of it as a "black" problem to make it more palatable to deal with...

want more?.....one of the reasons why cocaine and heroin was banned in the U.S. is because politicians claimed that black men were getting high off of it and raping white women....the real reason was that WHITE HOUSEWIVES WERE BECOMING ADDICTED TO A DRUG CALLED LUDLIUM (a coke and heroin mixture, not spelled right) DUE TO THE BOREDOM AND MISERY OF THEIR LIVES (NOT HAVING JOBS AND BEING RELEGATED TO HOUSEWORK)...so to get tough on drugs they used the black man as boogeyman to get the legislation passed..since whites themselves would not vote to pass it since they were the biggest users of it and saw nothing wrong with using it...

Thank you, that's an answer. I have no problem with people being ethnocentric, you should have pride, it just seems that white pride gets mislabeled as hatred for other races. Being proud of ones culture and heritage is great, and discussions like this help further race relations because you get an idea of how the other thinks.

I've brought up the rap/hip hop thing many times in discussions with people, that the entire industry depends on young white people. If parents have a problem with that type of music, they shouldn't be buying it for their children or allowing their children to be buying it themselves. They blame the guys that make it, not their own shitty parenting/lack of control over their children. No one wants to take responsibility for their own actions, they have to blame someone else.... I think this is true of every race, it is a human trait that everyone needs to stop doing.

My buddy's dad used to say that whatever blacks were doing, 3 or so years later whites would be doing it. This was when I was 13, and I thought he was just some smart dude who had this revelation, but after 20 years after, I realize that this is pretty well known by adults, I was just exposed to the truth at an early age. I will however, say that whites were the first drug dealers, so blacks copied that from us.

I don't quite understand the concept of taking pride in ones heritage, race, etc... I mean, you are what you are...why do I need to walk around with an "I'm proud to be BLACK"shirt on. I don't get it. Who cares? You are what you are. How do you act "proud" about your race or culture? Why would you even focus on this? When is it appropriate to tell people how proud you are to be whatever...I just don't get it.  Who do you tell, anyway?

Blacks won't be scapegoated or suppressed because of the economy.  Unlike the Jews, who conspiracy theorist and racists believe are part of a global cabal that owns and control everything, there aren't many people who believe blacks control anything of worth or hold any real power.
