hi guys,
i ve started my sustanon 500 mg/wk cycle and my problem is ACNE(zit wits on delts) seems to b troubling me, what to do ?
tried benzoyl P 10% but that just dries my skin ,even tried rent A.

any other help??

also what to do for bloat and if gyno appears.
*heard that 1 must use 10 mg nolva Ed.

try tanning twice a week........and keep the skin clean and dry. change shirts directly after you workouts too

while on, peoples bodies react diff. to the juice, me for instance, i get acne while on but tanning does help a bunch imo. try some acne medications or go to a doctor to see if they can prescribe anything.

Do to a doctor, most likely he or she will give you doxycycline or minocycline for acne, works from the inside out.. Taken orally, and takes about a week to start to take affect, good stuff though... Works great
