Standing 5"11 and weighing in at a mind boggling conditioned 300lbs, Ronnie Coleman destroyed his competition. He was in better condition at this show than he was at the 2004 Mr. Olympia. He displayed his trademark back along with feathered lats, shredded glutes and hamstrings. The show was over the second Ronnie went on stage. It's been 8 years since this contest and we still haven't seen anyone come close to Ronnie Coleman's physique. Will we see someone surpass Ronnie? In my opinion it will be a while before we witness such an event.

Yates had grainy conditioning from his genetics, no-one has shown that at his size. Ronnie was bigger and just freakier in every bodypart. Ronnie has set a standard it might take decades to match.

true, but i believe this 300+ pound version of ronnie would lose to a 93 (not 95 post tear) dorian.

ronnie looked 10x better at lower bodyweights:

eg. compared to a 2000 gp show

Ronnie in 2001 ASC shape would beat this version of Ronnie.

Ruhl looked good at this show. Too bad Ronnie competed though.

No one beats Big Ron, nobody. But he is NOT 5'11 that's forsure. I was blown away how short he was as the Toronto Pro on the weekend.p
