I would expect nothing less from the assholes on getbig than insults on a persons birthday.

The flotsam here is just too much for a normal person to contend with...I don`t know why Ron allows this to continue.

When I won my big show after handpicking the judges,Arnold and Ray Mentzer stayed at my house and at my gym on my time machines......I should be afforded more respect than this from the unwashed getbig flotsam.

Just turned 57 years old and my goal is to get my arms back to the size they were when I was 5 or 7 years old...I can do it and will post elbow pics when my hypertrophy experiment is over.
