Fair enough, but if they told you he was kidnapped by aliens and reprogrammed to make gay porn against his will would you be repeating that too? Sharing the story you were told damages your credibility far more than it does Bruce's. 
Sure, why not? As absurd as it might be, if it was what I had been told, many times, why not tell members of a bodybuilding board? It's something to add to the discussion. Doesn't mean I believe it to be true. And anyone with
half a brain would know this ... especially when I say as much.
I mean, how on Earth does relating a story damage my credibility? Again, I didn't swear the information was proven correct, anywhere.
I'm not out to damage Bruce's credibility. I simply related my experiences with the man (said he was an OK guy when I hung with him) and added something I had been told regarding his foray into porn.
Please consider the reality of what has been shared and with what was the tone and obvious intent.
