What's the big deal if the media has a certain message and is used for certain purposes (assuming that this is true, though I think it would need to be demonstrated) if we are free to develop our own opinions to the contrary? The video implies that you must accept some manufactured message in order to live well, but that is demonstrably not the case; our system tolerates emeritus MIT professors who call the U.S. the biggest terrorist state in the world and who experience amazing success. What's the "hall of fame" you're talking about?
It's pretty clear a wide variety of opinion is tolerated by the system: look at the people who think the government is run by a group of alien lizards, that 9/11 was an inside job, etc.
It's also not clear why you think we live in a world where you can't be yourself; maybe that's reflective of some personal psychological fact about you rather than the reality outside of your head.
Just what is stopping you from developing your own tastes in food, music, political theory, sexual tastes, and so forth?
Ofcourse there's professors who see these things and talk about it, even more people are talking about it not just professors. Our system at the moment has no choise but to tolerate it, but they are constantly trying to get pass internet laws where the "truthers" are banned.
And the 9/11 being an inside job is prety much proven and as you can see the U.S is the biggest terrorist against it's own citiziens and being quite frank about it now days and will put you in a what were they called, some sort of re-education camps for people who disagree with modern day U.S policies? If you owe money to the IRS you can't leave the country etc, plannings of personal ID chips and whatever, I think the video is rather accurate. I mean how is that a conspiracy.
Pre third reich mentality right there, only this time against humanity, and that same mentality will come to europe sooner or later aswell if something doesn't happend. The technocrats rule here aswell. And the hall of fame was kinda silly referance but I think the technocrats and these anti human agenda having group billionaires are the hall of famers.
Right now people can still do alot for themselves with what you described but the point is that in the future if this type of progress will continue, you don't have that many choises. How I see it, there's more to pay for everything but you get less in return. Everything is more and more controlled because everything is more sophisticated, so I'm not sourprised if in the future you are allowed to walk only in designated areas with drone cops watching and groping you.. killing you for your own safety.
No the world is not to the tea as it's showed in the video, it only showcased the nightmare that could very well be reality in the future. Not 10 years or 20 years but maby 50-100 years. Might not be my problem but it's still cool to think about these things.
