He really doesn't look crazy until 8 weeks out, then you can tell if he has made any improvements.

i have a feeling he has gone just a bit harder with everything this year looking to make some shocking/colemanesque improvements. i wonder how he will turn out.

Do you all expect Phil to be in top shape all of the time?   I don't think so.  But for 16-17 weeks out, he looks impressive, better than 80% of the bodybuilders out there off season. 

He was a class act, came early to the evening contest, and stayed all the way until the show ended, after 11pm,  talking to everyone, and taking pictures to anyone that asked.   Was in a good mood, and enjoyed the atmosphere and people of San Diego.

But his chest looks small in that lat spread, My God !

Would like to see Cedric out here in the West one time.  We will see Jay Cutler in two weeks at the NPC West Coast Classic in Rosemead June 23rd. The question is will he be posing on that stage with his trunks or just with his shirt off.  Will Jay Cutler be competing in the Olympia?

Nope, no gyno, people don't understand when you remove your gyno and mammary glands and of course Phil has done so by now, you leave a small pocket at the tip of your nipples that can hold a little bit of extra fluids that make it look kind of weird when you have bodyfat. See him in with no fat and no water in him and you won't see what you are seeing.

Not a bad idea, I suppose you could if it is that bad (like Titus) but this would have to be done in an entirely second visit cause of the severe bruising left by removing the glands

Jay Cutler is not in shape. Has not guest posed this entire year. I doubt he will be guest posing here.

Phil has kept himself in relatively good shape all year round after winning the Olympia. And its obvious that he's had to make up for lost sleep and uncomfortable travel conditions by keeping his oil usage at the high end. He's using way too much oil for the oil not to turn on him in no more than 3 or 4 years.

arms and legs are huge,pecs are bunched up a bit and lower chest shape is what it is,in contest shape his chest looks much better/different and pops in most poses.he'll take it again unless jay can pull a miracle.evan if in it could be top 3 with kai,cedric,dex???.
