When Victor was on PBW last night he said that he will make a decision about Olympia in early July.
And it sounded like he may actually give it a shot. Victor is the Man. He said he's already up almost 25lbs since his release. Sounds determined!

vic has a great chance to win a sandow, maybe not this year though. he could easily pull a top 5 placing though,hes one gifted bodybuilder and it would be ashame if he doesnt take his body to its full potential. i saw him win the nats in new york in 2000, he blew everyone away

been injured probably would have won 2008.
He will never have a chance to win again though.
Genetically, he can't get the thin skin that Phil,
Kai and others get. His best condition was the 2003
NOC and that still wasn't peeled.

conditioning is victor's achilles heel, and i don't see that getting any better with age. these guys get bigger and softer the older they get, and victor is no kid. that's why it's always their first few victories that they look their best.
That being said, a ripped victor Martinez is the best BBer around, along with C. Mac . Beyeke has stagnated, he has yet to make the leap that his potential shows.

Kay Greene will never win the Olympia too , Palumbismo has already deteriorated his body !!!
The only man who can and should win the Olympia is Cedric McMillan or Lionel Beyeke if can get in condition !!!
Dennis Wolf would have a chance too if he could fix his calves and bring some conditioning too !!!

First time I ever agreed with you---but the thing about Mike---it makes you wonder about Chris Cormier and his issue with Ahmo Hight, and the reason why he was a 6 time Arnold Classic runnerup, and lost twice to a less superior Jay Cutler at that contest... Like the general public cares about that, or that Kai had a discretion within the citrus family. |
