It is Tony Freeman, I took the Pic at the Aussie Grand Prix 2008 - here is the original pic, in the full size version you can see the Tony Freeman Poster - here is another pic from the same show I took of Tony and my partner (blurred out for her protection)

Well he may appear not so big in the pic, but he was definitely the biggest dude there in person - Toney dwarfed Dexter at this show, and when they stood together, Dexter looked like a child.
