Yes, Jay Cutler is a fool, lol.Jay makes more money then all the top 10 Mr Olympia contestants combined.
He has nice cars a 2.5 million dolar custom home and a condo on the strip.Why should he stop, if people are still willng to buy his vidoes, pay him to guest pose and buy his clothing.
In a horrible economy Jay is doing quit well, so good for him.Its to bad most bodybuilders dont market themselves and really try to make the most of there name like Jay does.Most bodybuilders are dumb,.They think by turning pro people will just throw money at them.....wrong!!!!
If anything being a pro costs more bbecause it means more drugs, and more helath risks
Most pro bodybuilders probably make $50,000 or less per year, unless your Branch Warren or Dennis Wolf .
I know people bash Jay, but you got to give the man props, he found a way to makret himself and make alot of money even when the economy went to complete sh@$.Instead of complaining about the economy, he just went for it, and he made alot of $

I remember that article, it was in FHM I believe and had a pic of his dad spraying him with tan. I guess it's easy to say you will walk away, it's another to actually do it.

Kinda like how Flex had said once he retires from bbing, he would quite working out...and Shawn took him to task for that...Well both are retired, and it Flex who continued to still work out, and Shawn who stopped and got all doughy-looking.

He lives in Vegas I doubt has house is 2.5 mil. Still nice but Vegas housing is cheap compared to a lot of the other states

Actually he paid 1.5 for his home and its worth about 750G's today. He took a bath on that home. Among other Vegas real estate purchases.

I saw shawn a couple of months ago looks to be in better shape than previous years. Lost some weight

Yep, he probably needs money to be honest. I'm sure he isn't broke but with all the rumors of Kerry and him going sour who knows? Divorce can get expensive and real estate isn't too good with him in Vegas....

The Governor of New Jersey had said that New Jersey is going to implement sports betting regardless of what anyone says.(NFL is fighting it) He's ready to fight it all the way to the supreme court. Once New Jersey gets sports gambling, Vegas will be that much more unimportant. And with more casino's going up in the Northeast, and around the globe, Vegas is destined to become a ghost town. Anyone who still has Vegas real estate, just isn't paying attention to what the rest of the country is doing or about to do.

Dude, Vegas is ten times the place Atlantic city is. No matter how many new casinos they put up, Vegas will always trump it. It's like how poor people go to Kings Dominion and well off people go to Disney World (no racist ).
