you know, when i went to watch an amateur worl championship the first time,i was suprised at how "small" the heavyweights were,as in, i expected more.
same seems to be the case with phil heath for many.
i seen in person, right infront of me:
hamdulah:not even wider than me, but also 4inches orso shorter
phil von kaenel, hes ifbb pro now, guy on the right

very impressive, very wide
jp fux ofseason, lol:an absolute monster, fingers like sausages, hands were like frying pans
i guess phil is somewhere in the middle, def no mass monster
You can't change much about the size of your frame, other than doing things like breathing squats, pull overs & wide grip deads/chins, so bodybuilding is about creating illusion, LOL
Hamdulah is a guy with lines all over his body, that makes him so impressive, but it's all relative when he stands beside guys like Levrone, Wheeler & Yates at the '94 'O
Guys like von Kaenel & Fux are monsters in the good sense, but both lack quality muscle. It's like a cliche, but the best overall package (should) win
