You have about a good 15-20 lbs or so to lose plus or minus some water weight and then your abs should show just fine.

Not that bad, but I would suggest to up the protein & water intake. Shaving and tanning are optionable.

20ibs you say? Actual lined abs ta? I dont mind going to 145-150 as i can get back up to 170 with hormones. I haven't taken any thing in years so this time i want to be lean lean before taking any as the estrogen just makes me look like a bigger bloodied me

I've got test tren and hgh on hand in large quantities but iwwant to get condition nailed. Anyone can grow muscle with the hormones its conditioned muscle i want. my diet is pretty much all meat and eggs i have a morning care meal and rice with the di ner meal but that's it. im naturally strong but never naturally built.
