Haha I'm half joking. But seriously, nobody really knows. I've known a lot of national level guys, some even good friends of mine, who either don't use GH or use tiny doses, less than 6IU a day. Funny thing is the guys at my gym who claim the 20IUs are the worst physiques

You don't make pro or even a good amateur these days without 20-30ius. Look at Vic, he gained 40lbs in 7weeks. You know he's slamming minimum 20ius a day
