Nope, don't like the feeling on my triceps. I've been setting up in the rack and doing barbell off the rack with my elbows starting at 90 deg. Same move imo, and a bench is more comfortable than the floor. ;D

Great exercise for the triceps Joe,because i train on my own it got difficult to get the d/bells in place when i got up to the 100lbers,so i placed a 5 inch thick piece of wood by my sides (next to my hips) and sat the d/bells on their ends. Then it was just a case of tilting the d/bell back and i`m in a position to start. When i`m finished and return the bells back onto the wood,i rest the d/bell on its edge and do a short tilt/pushing away movement to finish off.

Dangerous, awkward movements right there.

Epic display of  over complicating things.

haha, too bad I don't weigh 110 pounds, loser :D

Epic trying to do a movement to look like you know what you're doing when you can get the same results, if not better, from doing them on a regular bench.

Same result as what? Do you know what we use them for? I'll be waiting.

In reality, that machine COULD give the same results, but let's not be stupid.

Trainers trying to be creative and look unique in order to sell services is where this type of BS was invented.

A barbell or dumbells and an adjustable bench could mimmick your gimmick perfectly in a much safer manner.

Yes, actually I do know what they are used for. Chaos informed me back in the day (as he has helped me out with my chest training) and I used to do them. I don't see any difference. To each their own , I guess.

Hate to interrupt,  but you know as well as I do that you use this crap to sell your services as unique and different.

If you sold basic, standard techniques, you would not have a business.

The problem with saying 1 exercise improves strength over another exercise is being able to demonstrate that the increase in strength was solely due to that 1 exercise and no other factor. That would almost be impossible to prove, UNLESS you took 2 people, had them eat the same diet, and have one of them do dumbbell floor presses and the other do machine presses (and no other exercise, since other exercises could lead to strength gains), and see who gains the most strength. Other than that, it is VERY difficult to determine what exactly lead to the strength gains. Perhaps its diet, genetics, or a combination of MANY different exercises. You would need to do a randomized clinically controlled study to state with any real certainty what lead to the strength gains.

He's a gimmick trolling me. Have a feeling it's reppingfor20. He hasn't been on for awhile but there has been a whole slew of new gimmicks.

We use it as an auxiliary exercise. There have been studies done on the floor press.

Link me.

And I am assuming they are used to increase tricep strength. Well, I am not assuming, I know that is at least one of the reasons they are used.

I never said this doesn't work. Just said there are other methods that are less confusing to sell to your clients.

I know you have to make a buck.

BTW, if I am trolling you, stop posting videos, right?

I know better though.

Muscletecch has studies showing Cell-Tech to be 25000000% more effective than steroids.

Please post what you have though. I'm down for a good laugh.
