nice half reps there coach.

on a serious note, why do you do these? Is this a bench assistance (lockout strength), tricep builder, upper pec builder, or what?

Have you tried out Big Dicked Bob's upright row workout yet? It's given many getbiggers fantastic results in snatching up supermodels.

Yes, the videos I made specifically for them about 4-5 years ago when you were only about 14.

Sorry to burst your bubble, dipshit, but I am older than 29 and younger than 36  :D

Hahaha what a pathological liar - a prerequesite to bullshit people like you do on a daily basis-, more like 170 at best and everyone who has a clue about this little shitty bbing world and its rules knows it.

Life long steroid abuser and bullshiter extraordinaire. What would your natural test levels be nowadays if you had to go off the juice?
Why did you need to inject external, artificial male hormones in your body for so long? Too short to feel like a real man?

I can see someone report your death in a  "RIP joeloco" thread -our very own joe loco died of a lifelong steroid addiction an "hereditary illness"- in the near future.

I never said they were no good....please go back ans read again.

There are a million ways accomplish this. FEW are as involved and display as much of a spectacle as this method. Think about it. Two spotters and a guy on the floor for one simple movement.

Good for business I guess.

Am I clear? If not, read again.

Yeah, you're clear.  Clearly a dipshit.

It's not an unusual or spectacular movement.  It's a specified part of an overall training regiment.  I did a 10 week routine that Coach provided (for free, mind you) and  I've been lifting for a long time.  I put 50+ lbs on the big three lifts, and ~100lbs on the the DL.  It's not a gimmick - he knows what he's speaking about.

You're looking for something that's not there.

But the question that remains is: if he would have been provided a whole different regime by a different person, would you have received the same gains?

Clearly you have no idea on how to train properly for your goals or know how to research what methods you should be using if you need to solicit help from someone like coach.

Coach may be able to provide results. I never said he didn't know what he is talking about.

Coach didn't give you results, he provided you with direction. Almost any experienced and intelligent person could provide you with this. Many methods to get results. It's not some ridiculous riddle like you want to make it out to be.

Am I clear?  Hopefully, loud and clear.

I see your need to defend him though....don't choke on his cock.

A lot of non athletes in this thread.  Floor presses and or puuting a wood block on the chest is an essential part of specifically targeting the muscles that lock out and push through the sticking point in the bench press.  This is like doing rack pulls instead of deadlifts to the floor or squatting off the catch rails in the power cage when set up a little higher.  This isnt about going full range of motion.  It is about getting stronger in a specific part of the lift.  In this case finishing of the bench press.
Back in my powerlifting days we just used a power rack for doing partials........could set the pins anywhere where more power was needed, off the chest, middle,or finishing a lock out.

why not hanging on feet biceps curls or scullcrushers? ::)

I said this already.......I set the pins so my elbows are at 90 and press off the pins, off the floor was very uncomfortable on my triceps.

Most athletes do not use these methods. Powerlifters, yes.

So is this your admittance that the method coach is using is awkward and unsteady, and there are easier methods?
