I don't recall anyone referlng to these methods, at least not in this thread.

Besides, there is more to training than strength gains.

Please, try to stay on topic, or start a new thread.

Am I clear?

No, you've provided no solutions, only reference to "millions" of other solutions.    You're full of shit, rectumlicker.

You really think these guys train like this when the camera isn't on?

Are you saying that these movements are the keys to their development?

Don't be foolish.

Thought you could do better.

It's not my fault there isn't a way to train yourself taller.

Please understand.

Chaos, are you saying rectalitch is doing an amazing job at trolling this thread?
It's actually a piss poor attempt at trolling since all he has done is disagreed, he hasn't really brought anything to the table. I keep waiting to read something interesting from him to back up his point of view to put credence to his troll attempt.

I am disappoint. :-\

Yeah, we should all just train with continual progressive overload and the gains will be infinite.   ::)

Common sense.

Can you prove dogs can't talk when humans aren't around?

dumb, just buy a bench

I agree.

But you do see, if coach told people they could get the same results without all the spectacular, complicated appearing lifts, he would not have a business.

Dejavu?

I never said they were, but to the average kid or inexperienced client, athlete, etc., they are.

My point from the beginning.

I'll make it simple.

Would infomericals be able to sell a product if they weren't displayed as spectacular or different than anything already on the market?

All while the seller knows there are many similar products on the market that work. Seller just needs to make his look better, spectacular if you will.

Some call it selling. Some call it trickery.

Only the most coordinated of athletes should venture into this world of floor exercises. Very complicated indeed
