Mega Mass 200 Powder - what happened to it?

WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT STUFF? I HEARD THAT WAS THE KEY TO ALL THESE BODYBUILDERS SIZE AND DRUGS WERE JUST THE FINISHING TOUCH.   :-X :-X

Used it in college, back in 1996. A little hard on the stomach, but I managed to put in 21 lbs in a little over three months.

One of the first gainers I ever used. I remember ordering it from nutrition discounters to my aunts place in the US then my dad picked them up and brought them home. The stuff was just so expensive in Canada... I thought it was going to taste so good. But first I look at the scoop. Holy shit, it's bigger than a tide sccop. Ok.. How many? 3 scoops per shake? Uh, ok, they wouldn't steer me wrong...

Mix that up, shit is like cement, I take a sip. Fuck... disgusting. How can something so high in sugar taste so bad? I tried everything, even ice cream and a banana and vanilla extract did not work!

It was the first and last Weider product I ever bought.

The worst was the Mega Mass 2000 in the big 12 lb bag.  Towards the end of the bag it was a real trick to scoop it out without spilling it all over the place.  It'd stick to your hands like honey.

The original Mega Mass was like that. Super Mega Mass 2000 was a finer powder. The Banana flavored version was the best.

probably less than that. say you would take 2 shakes a day, I bet there was a weeks worth of fattening fuel...

If you stretched it out to two weeks, you weren't taking enough of it. A bag usually lasted me six or seven days.

10 ounces of powder in water yielded 1100 calories, 210 grams of carbs, 55 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fat.

Three shakes a day was over 3300 calories. That added to my regular food helped me put on size.

If your genetics suck and you dont want to take steroids..Take up Golf cuz bodybuilding is a waste of time. Lifting wieghts will get you nowhere

Not really!! And how do you know of your genetics "suck", unless you try? A lot of people who claim to have bad genetics simply don't eat the wrong foods (or not enough of the right foods) and don't train properly.

Interesting. I never knew that. I  did go through a couple buckets of 2000 back in the day.  The vanilla was like a shake! I loved it!  :P
