He actually looks like shit considering what he once was. Age is no excuse, we have Groink here, same age as Bobert and looks 10 x's better.

True but at the same time he was still kicking around the idea of going for the Masters Olympia so maybe that's why he's keeping his size?

The heart only knows weight. Anyone around 50 years old on up and walking around over 225 is not healthy. Regardless of what they look like. And if you throw the big C word into the mix, the weight really should come off with a vegetarian alkaline diet.

Didn't he just have a health scare of some sort? Can't imagine the masters Olympia being worth it.

I don't know man but in his last video you see him workout at his buddies new gym and he says as he is leaving that a few associates close to him want him to compete and he's considering it or something along those lines. Maybe he's gonna give another run for the gold and the glory. I haven't seen them discuss it on CNN or anything yet so it's all speculation at this point.

shitload of foods are Alkaline that most wouldn't think were. And, one doesn't only have to eat alkaline foods. They just have to keep their blood alkaline. Maybe eat five alkaline foods to one not.
