Straight bar for barbell curls! Cambered bar for preachers!
ez bar works the brachialis more . and is easier on the wrists . straight bar is more direct biceps . both will do ..
BB curls are better....unless/until you get elbow tendonitis, then it's camber time.
Sorry for being a homo or stupid or whatever, but i like the EZ better...
Straight bar.....E-Z Curl Bar is better suited for triceps training.
Not the elbows, but my wrists hurt like hell form straight bars..
i get a better feel with the straight bar
