You should also try Enova Oil, its good stuff.
Here's mine from yesterday -
Meal 1: My "Breakfast shake" - 10 oz milk, 1 banana, 1tbspn peanut butter, 1 cup oatmeal, 2.5 scoops whey, 4 oz water. (when I'm cutting, this is simply 1/2 cup oatmeal + 2 scoops whey), fish oil, Vit. C, CEE
Meal 2: 2 (5oz) Chicken Breasts, 1/2 cup rice, small salad with vinegar/oil, multi vit.
Meal 3: 2 servings Almonds
Meal 4 (pre-workout): Trioplex bar
Meal 5 (post-workout): 2 scoops whey, CEE, 20gms dextrose
Meal 6: either - 2 chicken breasts with 1/2 cup rice, or 10oz of ground beef wth 1/2 cup rice, vit. C, fish oil
Meal 7: 1/2-1 cup cottage cheese + 10 grams Metamucil
